In order to make healthier eating easier for him, Tracy developed several recipes for delicious dishes that would eliminate the feeling of deprivation that diet modification makes many new diabetics feel. This made Michael get healthier and still enjoy his wife’s wonderful gift of cooking.

Delectables Catering and Venue is owned by Donna DiFiore who operates delectable catering and venue to the hospitality business. Delectable Restaurant & Catering was a staple in the Tucson Community on Fourth Avenue for 44 years and with Donna at the helm for 41 of those years. Donna started as a waitress in 1976, became the general manager and purchased the restaurant from the previous owner, then bought the property in 1988.

Chef Chic
Chef Chic a chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America moved to be a chef in Tucson and worked at Canyon Ranch Health Spa. She then went on to work as a Sous chef at the Flying V at Loews Ventana resort. As she continued to cook, she felt something was missing. She then saw an article about personal chefs. She thought a great idea of being a personal chef in Tucson would give her a chance to see people’s reactions and know that she is really helping someone to have more time with their family, friends, or just more free time.
Since she started her business in 2001, her experience as a personal chef in Tucson has grown along with her recipe collections. In 2007, she was named one of Tucson newspapers 40 under 40 and ASBA’s SASIE award for best customer service. In 2008, she was named the USPCA’s personal chef of the year for all of North America.
