Classy Girl Cupcakes
Classy Girl Cupcakes was started in 2009 by Erica Elia, who prepared cupcakes for her own wedding. Friends and family wanted her to bake for their weddings and celebrations since they were so popular. On November 23, 2010, Classy Girl Cupcakes launched its retail bakery on Jefferson Street, across from Cathedral Square Park, home of Bastille Days and Jazz in the Park, in one of Milwaukee’s most lively districts.
Classy Girl Cupcakes has expanded from one employee to over 25 in just over a year, catering to hundreds of weddings and corporate events as well as serving walk-in clients and special orders.
