Range Cafe Wyoming was established in 1992 by Tom Fenton and Matt DiGregory in Bernalillo, New Mexico in a funky, 56 seat former gas station and the original building was destroyed in 1995 by a devastating fire. Limonata was owned and operated by Scott York who always dreams of owning his own restaurant and trained through the Albuquerque TV-I as a pastry chef. Scott has refined his skill set by working in many kitchens throughout the country. He has prepared a wide variety of recipes and created meals for a wide range of establishments, from simple comfort-food style diners to fine dining steak houses and high-end hotels.

Flying Star Cafe
Flying Star Cafe was established in 1987. A place to drink good coffee and watch the world go by, good food was homemade, and the desserts are fresh. They decided to buy and renovate a derelict building on old Route 66 in Nob Hill.
Along the way, they started a scratch bakery, cooked a lot of good food, learned to roast coffee beans, and got so busy that they had to build more cafes. Currently, despite a few more locations, a name change, and 350 more employees, they are still a small, local company that serves up the community from scratch every day.
