Earth To Us -RaleighTop Vegetarian Restaurants in Raleigh

Earth To Us -Raleigh is a family-owned and managed business on a mission to exhibit that their favorite foods can be made vegan by offering food that is attractive to meat-eaters and vegans alike. They present delicious, completely vegan comfort food with a Latin twist as their family is of Puerto-Rican descent. After a year of serving their food at pop-up events, through catering, and their temporary food truck crashed on their way to a Vegan Festival, they eventually opened a brick & mortar in Durham where they provide vegan foods ranging from Loaded Nachos, Cauliflower Wings, and burgers, to Arroz Con Gandules, Fried Plantains, Corn Empanadas, and Arepas.

As of January 2021, they have now opened a second location in Raleigh near Cary. They truly acknowledge all of the support from the community and for allowing them to continue growing their family-owned and operated business.

Sosta CafeVegetarian Restaurants Raleigh

Sosta Cafe, all starts with a passion. The name “Sosta” means “a restful break” and that sincerely captures the cafe’s philosophy. The cafe offers continuous service and a full menu with an added center on good art and truly enjoyable, unique music. The owner, Jerome Lauck, makes personal customer service a primacy – come and check it out. He is always worked in the food industry; and as a French person, because food is so essential in their culture, he always felt that food was a great way to link and share with people.

Meals are taken cladding and talking to each other. The concept of a good lunch would be helpful in getting people to take a break instead of just looking for something to fill their stomachs. The lunch business is often disregarded and neglected by the industry because dinners make the most with alcohol.

Neomonde Mediterranean RaleighGood Vegetarian Restaurants in Raleigh

Neomonde Mediterranean Raleigh, established almost 40 years ago by four brothers who came to America from the mountainous region of northern Lebanon, Neomonde has an energy all its own. That’s because the Saleh brothers are resolute that anything they sell must be good enough to serve their own family. They consider it their responsibility as ambassadors of their country and their culture to offer nothing less than the best. Their commitment to excellence and authenticity began while the brothers were growing up in Lebanon.

They fostered the family’s wheat fields, harvesting grain and taking it to be ground at the town mill. They observed their mother, Cecilia, mix the dough and bake bread in the communal kiln. In the evening, when the family assembled together to eat, the texture and delicious taste of the bread was gratifying as well as symbolic. In a village that could remember times of starvation, bread meant celebration and a passion for life.
