Souley Vegan

Souley VeganSouley Vegan is owned and operated by Chef Tamaerra Dyson. Since she was 18, Tamearra Dyson, Chef, and Owner of Souley Vegan, has been creating her trademark vegan recipes. In 2009, she came upon a vacant restaurant location at 301 Broadway in Downtown Oakland, which had been dormant for two years. Chef Dyson chose to contact and schedule a walkthrough after passing by this place for the first, second, and third times. She didn’t have enough gas to get there, but I went anyway, attempting to project complete confidence in my capacity to pay the hefty rent the landlord demanded upon securing the property.
