Windhorse Tattoo is a semi-private tattoo studio in Kansas City that was founded in 2010, specializes in bespoke tattoos for those who want them. They take sanitation and cleanliness very seriously at Windhorse. They’ve adjusted the methods to work only by appointment, reducing the number of people who can come in at the same time.
