Orchid Japanese Restaurant gives a different style of the buffet, one that does not have food just drying out on a steam table. Food, particularly sushi, just isn’t good once it has been sitting out in the open for too long. They provide a full-service made-to-order buffet, in which you are presented with order sheets at each table to fill out and make your selections. Once you have made your choice, just turn on the tap light at your table and one of their staff will have the chefs start preparing your order for you to enjoy.
After your order is finalized and you have finished the round of food, your order sheet will be returned and you can then repeat the procedure again for as many rounds as you like.

Sushi O Bistro & Sushi Bar, John began working in Asian restaurants when he was in high school and persisted to work for them throughout his high school and college career. With his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from NCSU, he had several general jobs but never left the restaurant industry. In 1997, He met his wife Amy in her family’s restaurant and they were married in 2000. A year later, John realized that he enjoyed the restaurant industry more than his corporate job and decided to open his first restaurant in 2002, with the help of Amy and her family.
