I was unable to find a tuxedo shirt in my size after visiting a couple of Men’s Wearhouse stores in the Chandler and Phoenix area. Evidently, that location is more interested in making sure the shirts stay in the package instead of serving the customer. When I returned to my vehicle I did one last search for another Men’s Wearhouse. I called the Mesa store where Bruce answered and immediately checked for my size. He returned to confirm they had it and instead of saying what they could not do, he said come in, we will take care of you, which he did.
