Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse‘s founder grew on a conventional Southern Brazilian farm in the Serra Gaucha. The heritage brothers abandoned the quaint, mountainous terrain of Rio Grande do Sul into Rio and São Paulo for proper churrasqueiro education, while they are still improving the Fogo theory. Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse started and was first built of a timber structure and situated in the town of Porto Alegre, climbed out of obsessive devotion to investments at the art and civilization of this city and also a respect for its legacy of their creators’ families.
