Once he knew my size and which type I was interested in, he immediately began to show me all the available options and stand by while I made my mind up. I looked at several different options and tried on several different shoes, without even once having Randy show any sign of impatience… he was patient, polite professional, and best of all quick. He got each and every shoe I wanted to try in the size I requested with quickness!
