Bayou Cat was founded by the Nguyens not being able to locate any restaurants that satisfied their appetites and being fed up with the corporate world, Mr. Nguyen made the decision to start Bayou Cat. Red Claws Crab Shack is situated at Cooper Street Plaza across from The Parks at Arlington Mall and was inaugurated in June 2016. Off of Frankford & the Tollway in Dallas is where they have their second site. Flying Fish is the result of a passion for the numerous East Texas Fish Joints found in local lakes, particularly Caddo Lake. Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe opened its doors for business in 1991 in Dallas, Texas, where Louisiana cooking was not well-known or appreciated. Their aim to offer bayou delicacies that nourish the soul was motivated by their profound love and respect for Cajun culture.
