It is family owned and operated by Tampa natives devoted to raising the bar on what should be served to their community. Their chef’s hand picks all of the meats to be cured and cooked in-house to make sure only the highest quality. They start the house ham with a dry rub for forty-eight hours before smoking with hickory chips and charcoal for four hours and their turkey is brined for 24 hours to keep the bird moist and juicy during the smoking process.
Try the Billy-cheesesteak made with thinly sliced prime rib or the very popular homemade corned beef and you will immediately notice the attention to detail they are committed to. Not to be forgotten is the house specialty, pork shoulder braised in a special stock reduction aptly named “The Pork Drizzle”. The outcome is a rich, succulent shredded pork that awakens the taste buds with every bite.

I was greeted by the owners, who were super nice/friendly and helped me with the menu. Ended up ordering the buffalo chicken sandwich with the steak fries, the chicken was tender and juicy, good seasoning as well. The sandwich overall was great and the fries were awesome as well. I felt like family in there, was a very good atmosphere, and talked about the Rays/baseball. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a good sandwich or burger. Great food and prices!
