“Delicious pizza, very good calzone, and salad. The pizza is done in a real wood fire Ofen, you can taste it in the crust. Ingredients had a fresh taste. The service was very quick, friendly, and helpful. We ate there, a nice place with enough space to get lunch. Very recommended for pizza fans.” – Guenther D.

Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria, behind every pizza, there is passion. A passion to provide food with purpose. The beauty of Neapolitan pizza is its simpleness. Everything they do comes from over 300 years of tradition and technique. All ingredients have been hand-selected to provide the pizza that is reminiscent of those in Naples. Their tomatoes are organically grown in California and packed only with sea salt and organic basil. And their fior di latte (fresh mozzarella) is all-natural, without any preservatives, fillers, or artificial ingredients. It is submerged in brine and cut the same day they serve it.

Wichita Brewing Co. & Pizzeria
Wichita Brewing Co. & Pizzeria‘s story begins back in 2009 when two home brewers had a vision. Jeremy Horn and Greg Gifford wanted to bring good beer and good pizza to the people of Wichita. After a lot of hard work and many pints later Wichita Brewing Company opened its doors in the summer of 2011. The start was slow, with only 5 beers on tap. In time, this would grow to 17 beers on tap.
From tinkering with self-built brewing systems in the garage and a brick-fire oven in the backyard to owning and operating an 18,000-square-foot brewing facility in south Wichita, they have come a long way. From hopeful and passionate hobbyists to full-fledged entrepreneurs, Greg and Jeremy have built a highly successful business from the ground up and continue to serve up pizza, beer, and passion, in equal measure, all day.

“Stopped in for lunch and found the food delicious and the service great. We’d never eaten here before so we kept it simple with garlic cheese sticks, a basic pepperoni pizza, and stuffed jalapeños (the last we got to go but did try them. So yummy!). Will definitely stop in again. Have to try some of the other things on the menu.” – A.D. Trosper
Picasso’s Pizzeria is serving New York Style thin crust slices from their 26″ pizza baked in a brick oven. Their sauce and dough are made fresh every day. Custom make your own slice by selecting from over 30 different toppings or choose one of their slices of art. Picasso’s Pizzeria is locally owned and family-run. Picasso’s Pizzeria was begun by Kurt Schmidt in 2012. His love for New York-style thin-crust pizza could not be satisfied so Kurt started his own restaurant. Word promptly spread of the scrumptious slices and soon Picasso’s was thriving. One taste and you will understand what all the fuss is about.
