Milan Sheth, MD opted to become a doctor in order to use his natural ability for science to aid in the treatment of people’s problems. He was lured to oncology because of the rapid scientific advancements that have led to the creation of novel medicines. Milan Sheth’s special interests include hematologic malignancies, genitourinary cancer, melanoma, and lung cancer. Omkar Marathe, MD
Omkar Marathe, MD got his bachelor’s degree in neurosciences from UCLA and his MD from UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Scripps Green Hospital in San Diego before returning to Los Angeles to complete his hematology/oncology fellowship at the UCLA-Olive View-Cedars Sinai program, where he was able to train in a variety of clinical settings, including a county hospital and a tertiary academic center. He has published publications in a variety of oncology fields, including ocular melanoma and HER2-positive breast cancer.
