Dos Taquitos
Dos Taquitos has been providing beef tacos and Puebla enchiladas to Raleigh residents since 1991. Carlos Salamanca, who has a passion for Mexican cuisine, art, and culture, founded Dos Taquitos. His father opened Dos Taquitos when he was three years old, in 1991. He recalls painting chairs and setting tables for this new restaurant, which felt like a second family to him. From the customers to the cooks and staff, the restaurant has always seemed like one huge family. Now, 24 years later, he has the honor of relocating the home to 6101 Glenwood Avenue.
