“Tokyo is still one of my favorites in Wichita. It is our go to for sushi. The wait staff is very attentive and patient. They know there are so many great choices but they are also quick to notice when you are ready to order. My husband and I shared the spicy salmon dinner and ordered an extra soup and shared the salad. It was just enough and we brought a few home for the grandson. We ordered the pork dumplings. They were a little sticky, which is just perfect for dumplings. The filling was well spiced and savory – not bland at all. The salmon rolls were crunchy and fresh as always. Others at the table ordered the box dinner, the sushi dinner and special rolls. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful. I really can’t say enough positives about Tokyo. It is also very affordable, especially at lunch and on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.” – Mary Halsig
Kobe Steak House of Japan

“This was my first time and I am already planning to go back! I had so much fun and the food was so good!! My favorite drink was the Zombie, with a flaming shot inside of a lime. I enjoyed the chef’s Delight with chicken and shrimp. Definitely make a reservation and head of time and be mindful that you still may have a bit of a wait. I suggest grabbing a drink or two at the bar.” – Jerica Jones

“Stopped here on our road trip and it was a great find. I had the tonkatsu (pork) with garlic seasoned rice. It was delicious, especially the rice. The pork was a bit dry and chewy, but the breading had a nice flavor. My husband had the spicy miso ramen, and it was full of flavor. Next time I want to try their boba teas.” – Katie Bergh

“The best sushi we’ve had perhaps ever? It was super-fresh, melt-in-your-mouth good. We tried the spring rolls, crab cakes, To Heaven, Rainbow, Dragon, and Philadelphia rolls. Frequent seafood shipments per week combined with a fantastic sushi chef and wonderful staff made this a visit to remember and hopefully repeat. Enthusiastic 5 stars!” – Lisa DeSpain
