“If you’re looking for the Benihana experience but way better, this place is a must. It certainly impressed! The place was super clean, we were greeted kindly, our chef was amazingly sweet and funny and the food was amazing!!! Not only was the price significantly less than other hibachi places but the overall experience was absolutely amazing. No long wait on a Friday at 5 pm, fast service, delicious food, big portions and just a great experience! This will be our new go to Hibachi place!!” – Maria Reyes

Shoyu Sushi

Shoyu SushiShoyu Sushi is an understated locale serving sushi & other classic Japanese dishes like ramen & tempura. Their own soy sauce, or “shoyu” as it is known in Japanese, is unquestionably something we can be proud of. We want Shoyu to be a name that stands for a high-end but yet reasonably priced sushi and Japanese cuisine business using the daily delivered fresh fish.

“Mt. Fuji is one of the better Hibachi Restaurants I have tried in a while. The show was the typical hibachi show, but the good was very good. I ordered the Filet Mignon and Scallop combination, and my entree was cooked perfectly. The filet was perfectly seared but had a pink warm center and the scallops were crusted perfectly on the outside but still tender. The stir fried noodles and fried rice were noteworthy. Overall, this restaurant served great food and provided a good hibachi experience.” – Derrick Grant
