Italian Colors
Italian Colors was established in 1993 and are a family-owned Californian-Italian dining establishment nestled in the Oakland Hills, Montclair District of the East Bay. Chef Carlson practiced at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After graduation, he worked as a student at Auberge Bertone in New York. He went on to work with the Galloping Gourmet and loved positions at resorts and restaurants in Aspen, Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, and finally Oakland where he started as the executive chef at Scott’s Seafood.

Lo Coco’s
Lo Coco’s was founded by Giovanni Lo Coco in 1966, in an odd historical gold mining town named Jackson, located in the California foothills. In 1962, Giovanni immigrated to America from a little fisherman’s village in the province of Palermo, Sicily. Giovanni came to America with one suitcase, one hundred dollars, and a whole lotta ambition.

A16 is owned and operated by award-winning wine director Shelley Lindgren. They take their pizza craft seriously, traveling to the birthplace of pizza Napoletana to bring the ability to make pizza to San Francisco.
