A variation to the authentic samosa are their deconstructed samosa, and samosas stuffed with mozzarella cheese & spices. Not only the dishes, but they also innovated their cocktail menus. Chef Raj together with mixologist Keelan Fennely tried using cumin, coriander,garam masala clove, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper to extract syrups. And now these spices are a regular feature in cocktail concoctions.
