Curryosity is helmed by the Punjabi chef Raj Mutti. Chef Raj has an extensive culinary background from working in Los Angeles food establishments. Specialties are Curry fries, Naan smoked salmon, Soft Shell Crab, Green coconut curry and Curry Mussels. A variation to the authentic samosa are their deconstructed samosa, and samosas stuffed with mozzarella cheese & spices. Not only the dishes, but they also innovated their cocktail menus. Chef Raj together with mixologist Keelan Fennely tried using cumin, coriander,garam masala clove, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper to extract syrups. And now these spices are a regular feature in cocktail concoctions.
