For their warehouse, a large storage shed was built in the back.
Every day, they’d reposition furniture in the front yard on a slab of concrete they’d poured. This was the location of their showroom. The company began to expand, and in 1997 they were able to buy more land to the east and expand its showroom and warehouse space. Today, in lovely Mesa, Arizona, this is their store. They have nearly 20,000 square feet of showroom space to show off wonderful furniture, and their rates are still the best in the valley.

Del Sol Furniture’s humble origins date back to 1997 when Venancio and Rosa Macias leased a small 2,000 square foot facility at 21st Street and McDowell Road in the “Family Mart” shopping district on Phoenix’s east side. This 9,000-square-foot store on 57th Avenue and Camelback Road in Glendale, Arizona, was more than three times the size of the previous location.
