Still 630 Distillery
Still 630 Distillery produces award-winning, handcrafted spirits in the heart of Downtown St. Louis. They use as many organic, locally sourced ingredients as possible. They’re always experimenting with new distillation methods. They use the old-world approach of double distillation to capture more tastes rather than the most typical distillation process. They believe it is only right that they are the best distillery in the world because they are located in the best city in the world.
They create the spirits with care and patience, aging them in a variety of hardwood barrels. They believe that doing things the correct way, even if it takes longer, is the only way to go.

“Andrea and Andrea knocked it out of the park! My wife and I participated in one of the cocktail classes. Everything was outstanding from the drinks to the conversation and the knowledge of their process. Highly recommend attending a class. We will definitely be back.” – Tyler B.
Naked Spirits Distillery
Naked Spirits Distillery specializes in small-batch rum and vodka and is St. Louis’ top craft spirits distillery. There is no shortage of various booze to sip in St. Louis, with a profusion of small breweries, local distilleries, and a nearby wine country. Rum, on the other hand, isn’t often associated with Midwestern spirits, but Naked Spirits are working to change that. Naked Spirits produces a wide range of rums derived from sugarcane farmed in the United States. Three minority owners and two majority owners, all friends with a passion for the spirit, make up the team.
Rum and Vodka
“We had a great experience at Naked Spirits Distillery. The tasting and tour were both educational and entertaining. It was fun to do with a small group of friends. We had so many favorites from their line of rum. Went home with the Watermelon Lemonade and Mocha Royale. So good.” – Jason W.
Switchgrass Spirits is a proudly Midwestern distillery known for producing excellent whiskey and brandy. They began their efforts in 2016 with the intention of establishing a fair craft distillery that would produce high-quality whiskey and brandy. They spent the following three years honing their distilling talents while also restoring a historic American Legion Hall on Saint Louis’ north side. Only their own product is created and aged, with Midwestern work and ingredients.
The glass bottles are made less than an hour’s drive from the distillery. They introduced their first aged and bottled drink to the public in February of 2020, and they’ve been steadily working to offer a variety of popular whiskies, fruit brandies, and joint experiments since then.

“Happened to be at the right place at the right time. came across this distillery while traveling for work. I showed up at the distillery and meet one of the owners and his wife. They were kind enough to show me the distillery and let me buy a bottle. Got the blend of bourbon and rye which was delicious.” – Juan O.
Square One Brewery & Distillery
Square One Brewery & Distillery opened as a brewery and restaurant in February of 2006. They aim to produce high-quality, one-of-a-kind flavors that are unlikely to be found in today’s large-scale beer and spirits production. They are dedicated to generating an astonishing assortment of flavors and tastes for the customers by combining the experience of the distiller, master brewer, and chef. The Brewery is a meticulously restored historic building on the National Register of Historic Places in Lafayette Square, St. Louis, MO. It was built as a pub in 1883 by Christopher Schumacher at 18th and Park.
Brewery and Distillery
“Neighborhood brewery and distillery in the lovely Layfayette Square. Their seasonal brews vary throughout the year. I love the Oh Hawaii on tap in the summer. They also serve brunch on Sundays. They have great pancakes, served crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.” – Steven T.
Spirits of St. Louis Distillery
Spirits of St. Louis Distillery creates one-of-a-kind and tasty spirits for you to enjoy. The goal is to develop flavorful spirits by hand-crafting them with local ingredients. They add a tiny twist to produce distinct flavors with a limitless palette of spirits to choose from. They don’t make up stories about their grandfathers’ recipes being recreated. But they do have a story to tell about creating something truly unique from the heart. Its narrative goes back to the days when people tried to replicate the flavor of the great brands by distilling their own spirits. They feel they have developed a one-of-a-kind flavor after years of testing and study.
