Copperworks Distilling Company
Copperworks Distilling Company is a craft distillery, tasting room, and gift shop. They use malted barley to make small-batch American Single Malt Whiskey, a line of gins, and vodka. Jason Parker and Micah Nutt, co-owners and distillers, launched Copperworks to explore the possibilities of malted barley by distilling high-quality craft beer into excellent spirits.
In 2013, Copperworks began hosting tastings, tours, and other events with the purpose of introducing people to high-quality distilled spirits. The company has received numerous awards at the local, national, and international levels. Copperworks spirits can be found in pubs, restaurants, and retail establishments around Washington State.

OOLA Distillery Bottleshop Kirby Kallas-Lewis, the company’s founder and head distiller, developed a palate and a passion for food, wine, and cocktails while working as an art dealer in Paris, Brussels, New York, and San Francisco. He farmed milk goats, painted and sculpted in Tahiti, worked on Alaskan fishing boats, and operated a gallery in New York before discovering his passion for distilling.
OOLA Distillery makes small batches of Gins, Vodkas, and Whiskeys by hand. Heritage Distilling Company
Heritage Distilling Company was founded in 2011 after a few drinks of whiskey and a cigar around the campfire. The next day, HDC’s Co-Founders and current President and CEO, Jennifer and Justin Stiefel, started preparing their business strategy. Heritage Distilling Co. is still going strong today. Big Gin Distillery
Big Gin Distillery Hood River Distillers owns the distillery. Big Gin was created by bartenders for bartenders, with an emphasis on old-school ginners and real beginners. Today, chief distiller Alex Myers continues Ben’s tradition by bringing his own skills to Big Gin’s unique expressions, such as Bourbon Barreled Big Gin, Peat Barreled Big Gin, and other single-barrel releases.
Big Gin combines nine botanicals from around the world, which are distilled in the Pacific Northwest. Glass Distillery Ian G. MacNeil founded Glass Distillery in 2012 to offer the market his signature spirit, Glass Vodka.
