”First off, I love bourbon so I was excited to go. The after hours tour was awesome and Emily was well versed in what she was telling us. Get there early though and get yourself a drink or cocktail beforehand. I recommend it just straight on the rocks, but its how I like it. My wife had the warm apple cider with their apple dumpling alcohol. It was so good she had another after the tour. These guys are well versed in what they do and I appreciate the master distiller taking the time to have a conversation with me. This will be well worth your time.” – Adam Rosenlund

”Unlike individuals who don’t know how to spell plethora, I had excellent cocktails at GWR. Broken Spoke signature cocktail was my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong. Service was great, didn’t have any bites but they do have a small menu if you need to cure an empty stomach. Prices are $10-13 for a generous amount of liquor, definitely worse ways to make one’s pee expensive in Charlotte.” – Mark Drinkard
