The rolls are lightly sweet and fluffy and go perfectly with whichever filling you choose, whether savory or sweet. The lychee mousse is delicately flavored and I could have eaten a whole cake! During the month leading up to the mid-autumn festival, they offer an assortment of moon cakes. We tried the lotus paste with one yolk and coconut. Both are delicious with a cup of tea.
