Fat T’s BBQ started as the desire of chef and owner, Tylor Torres, years ago while working a variety of jobs in New Mexico, Colorado, and California. Being a native in the kitchen grew to a passion for great food and making those experiences for friends and family, getting rave reviews. The art of smoking meats for more than 16 hours in apple and white oak wood provided life to his first events at local breweries and catering events.
