REVIEWS:

“Proof is the perfect spot for a crafted cocktail. They have a great selection of bourbon and scotch with extremely talented mixologists behind the bar. If you’re looking for a boozy, well-crafted cocktail – this is the place to be. It is fun to watch the mixologists climb the latter and create intricate cocktails. The mixologists are all great here! Jeremy is quite the character! No matter who helps you, it is always such great service. They have large round booths so you can bring a bigger group or take a date and enjoy a cozy evening. From the outside, it is so unassuming but once you’re inside the atmosphere is so cool, classy, and energetic. The inside is so beautiful and cozy – the music is so on point and makes everything come together. They also have a great patio for the warmer nights! I highly recommend checking out Proof if you haven’t already!” – Maddie P.
