Nothing Bundt Cakes was based on Debbie Shwetz and Dena Tripp. You will need the proper components before you can find the perfect recipe. In 1997, they banded together, or rather, combined kitchens, to bake cakes for friends and family. They prepared wonderful cakes that no one had ever eaten before. As a result, their friends and family began to expect them to entertain them more frequently.
They rapidly understood that this side project of theirs had the potential to grow into something greater. There was a void in the market for good, widely available cakes that did not skimp on ingredients. That rich, slowly melting mouthful of cake that they all know and adore is perfection.

Le Quartier Bakery & Café – Countryside
Le Quartier Bakery & Café – Countryside was begun by John Quiring in March 2006. He returned to Lincoln, Nebraska to launch Le Quartier Baking Company after mastering the trade-in in Montreal and Paris. The company started small, selling to local restaurants, but quickly expanded to include summer farmers’ markets and local grocery shops. Le Quartier built its first retail location in December 2006, with the help of John’s brother, Seth. Breakfast and lunch options are also available. Office lunches can be provided using these deli delicacies.
