Benchwarmers Bagels was started by Andrew Cash, Joshua Bellamy, and Sam Kirkpatrick. They use fresh-milled, pre-fermented heirloom grains, extended fermentation, and a wood-fired oven to make fantastic bagels. With their vintage, refitted La Marzocco Linea, artful elegance, and big-time joy, they brew amazing coffee. Their fried bologna sandwich is fantastic. Their menu incorporates high-end ingredients while being lively, hearty, and simple.
They are devoted to three foundations as a team: Do your best. Do not be too hard on yourself. Take it all in. Their Chef John Knox and Shop Manager Sarah Millsaps are also in charge. They are grateful for their tiny but mighty staff of gamers who meticulously craft each bagel, coffee, and pizza.
