REVIEWS:

The wait was SUPER LONG!! We were able to go around and explore the area before our table was ready. I really love the idea how all the ingredients come in a board and you build the bagel the way you like it! I think the experience and the food was amazing!! Though the price was more than if you went to a local cafe for a tasty bagel.  – Tracy P.

Now they serve traditionally made bagels that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. BO’s bagels are fermented for an entire 24 hours and are boiled and baked to perfection with the accompaniment of the traditional spreads. One of the best bagels I’ve tried in NYC and I don’t seek out bagels. My husband really wanted to come and try their whitefish spread. Their bagel had the perfect balance of density and chewiness. I ordered the Nova sandwich with scallions cream cheese. It was really good. Highly recommend it. – Teresa C.
