Their delectable bagels are boiled in-house and are hand-rolled, making the perfect combination of chewy and hearty while also having the capacity to still hold toppings like pastrami and fish.

The wait was SUPER LONG!! We were able to go around and explore the area before our table was ready. I really love the idea how all the ingredients come in a board and you build the bagel the way you like it! I think the experience and the food was amazing!! Though the price was more than if you went to a local cafe for a tasty bagel. – Tracy P.
BO’s Bagels was launched in 2017 after couple Ashley Dikos and Andrew Martinez couldn’t find bagel shop options in Harlem that satisfied their cravings. Now they serve traditionally made bagels that are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. BO’s bagels are fermented for an entire 24 hours and are boiled and baked to perfection with the accompaniment of the traditional spreads. They also serve sandwiches like their trademark Andrew with egg, scallion cream cheese, and a whole lot more.

We absolutely love Bo’s Bagels on any day, but certainly (almost) every weekend. All of their bagels, fishes and spreads — and there’s a wide variety — are made fresh daily (and multiple times throughout the day). Great for take-out. Let’s all help support Bo’s and keep their employees paid and doors open! – Micah Jesse

Tompkins Square Bagels was amazing. I’ve been trying the different bagel shops in the neighborhood and this one is top tier. I ordered an Everything bagel toasted with Avocado and they delivered it with so much Avocado. We sat in the grass in the park and enjoyed the day! – Marcus Smith

One of the best bagels I’ve tried in NYC and I don’t seek out bagels. My husband really wanted to come and try their whitefish spread. Their bagel had the perfect balance of density and chewiness. I ordered the Nova sandwich with scallions cream cheese. It was really good. Highly recommend it. – Teresa C.
